The overall dimension is 38.5*30*20.5mm, the volume of which is reduced more than 35% than that of the most popular DC panel SSR--KSJ series (size 58*45*28mm). The price of KSJM is reduced by more than 30% of KSJ.

DC SSR controls the load switching on & off. Due to the load itself or the circuit inductance existence, when the load is not paralleled with freewheeling diode, there is a high reverse surge voltage at the SSR output when the load is switched off, which may easily cause DC SSR breakdown failure. KSJM product has built-in TVS over-voltage protection, which can effectively prevent over-voltage breakdown failure and improve the application reliability.
