NEW | DRD Series Multi-channel Bus Control Voltage Regulator

The built-in algorithm of DRD multi-channel bus voltage regulating module realizes constant power output through RS485 bus according to the load power requirements specified by customers from HMI interface. It is suitable for multi-channel open-loop temperature control of small currents, such as hot runner heating control of bottle embryo mold, etc


DRD module is equipped with 4 independent outputs, each output is series connected with quick fuse to avoid the over-current damage on SSR output. At the same time, it has the detection function of open load, blown fuse and SSR failure, and sending fault signals through RS485 bus.

Application example of DRD module in hot runner heating control of bottle embryo mold:


The application wiring diagram of DRD module is as follows.  Each module controls 4 heating tubes.  By setting different addresses, 99 modules can be controlled independently through RS485 bus, and the stable power output can be realized by internal compensation of DRD module;

When the fuse is blown, the load is open and the DRD module SSR is damaged, the fault signal is sent out through RS485 bus.
