NEW | BCA Series Bus Temperature Control Module
BCA is bus temperature control module, adopting RS485 bus control, with built-in self-tuning PID control module inside. BCA can detect the real-time temperature through the temperature sensor and carry out PID calculation, and adjust the output power according to the calculation results, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control. At the same time, the module can monitor the output loop current in real time and whether the thermocouple is disconnected or not. The module integrates the temperature control unit and output power components. It is installed on a 35mm standard din rail and has a maximum current of 40A/380VAC. It can be used to replace the combination of thermostat and solid state relay in industrial applications.
