KYR in Temperature Control Application

Temperature control is widely used in the industrial field. Due to the accuracy, cost and other factors, the control solutions are also different. In this document, we introduce in details the parameters of KYR single phase voltage regulator module and the low-cost and simple closed-loop temperature control solutions.

Kyr single-phase voltage regulator module adopts phase-shift control output, with IP20 protection design.

3. Control signal:0-5VDC,0-10VDC,4-20mA

0-5VDC and 0-10VDC voltage control specifications need to provide auxiliary power supply (voltage range is 10-32VDC), while 4-20mA current control does not need auxiliary power supply.  The appearance differences are as follows:

Temperature control system made of KYR voltage regulator module >

As shown in Picture 2, a simple temperature control system is made of a temperature controller and a KYR voltage regulator module. The thermocouple detects the real-time temperature of the heating system. The PID algorithm inside the temperature controller controls the analog output of 4-20mA or 0-5VDC/0-10VDC, and KYR voltage regulator module adjusts the output power according to the input, so as to realize the temperature closed-loop stable control of the heating system.

  •     This temperature control solution is made of KYR voltage regulator module and temperature controller, 

  •     It has simple structure and low cost, and is widely used in low precision temperature control system.
